FAQ
1. What do all GoGreener products have in common?
✔️ Green Material
GoGreener products are made of 100 % sustainable materials, have certain certificates, and are PVC-free.
✔️ Green Shipping
We send our GoGreener parcels and letters with CO2-neutral shipping: the “Carbon neutral” service of UPS.
✔️ Green Packaging
We do not use plastic packaging as far as possible. Even the so-called core adapter is made of cardboard.
✔️ Environmentally friendly disposal
Remnants of our recyclable materials are disposed of in a separate “Green Bin” to conserve and reuse resources.
✔️ Green Parcel Tapes
Instead of PVC parcel tape, we choose sustainable, recyclable polypropylene (PP) tape for our products.
2. Why are not all products 100% green?
At some point, we will only offer green products. That is not possible at the moment since there are simply no environmentally-friendly alternatives for many materials (that also offer the right quality and price). That’s why we are constantly working on new, sustainable innovations in large format printing (such as our latest sustainable innovation compostable film).
3. What exactly is carbon neutral shipping?
With carbon-neutral shipping, the CO2 emissions generated during shipping are compensated. This is done, for example, by suppliers investing part of the shipping costs in climate protection projects. Our partner UPS, for example, invests in selected reforestation projects around the globe.
