Two high-quality surfaces
Protect 250 glass clear
has a specially hardened and extremely scratch-resistant surface. Characteristic of the print laminated with Protect 250 glass clear is the high-gloss surface, which looks like a glass surface. The transparent polyester film is resistant to grease splashes and water vapour and does not yellow.
Protect 220 glass matt SoftTouch

Simple processing in 3 steps
1. print:
You print the Blockout 360 LUVESS SM W adh print material with latex, eco-solvent or solvent inks.
2. laminating:
You laminate the Protect 250 glass clear or Protect 200 glass matt SoftTouch glass laminate to the front of the print material using a laminating machine.
3. final installation:
The final installation on a tile backsplash or other smooth surfaces is very easy and almost tool-free.
2 layers composition
This composite is suitable for mounting on flat, smooth surfaces.
This is how easy it is to produce this roll back wall in just three steps:
1. Printing: you print on the Blockout 360 LUVESS SM W adh print material with latex, eco-solvent or solvent inks.
2. Laminating: You laminate the Protect 250 glass clear laminate onto the front of the print material using a laminating machine.
3. Finishing: Finally, you assemble the composite to the final format – that’s it!
Our Advice:
Laminate this composite onto an alu-dibond panel to create a beautiful glass-look image: it looks deceptively similar to a real glass image, but is also much more practical and cost-effective.

3 layers composition
The distinguishing feature of this composite is additional stiffening by a self-adhesive foam layer. The 3-layer composite is also suitable for application on slightly uneven substrates such as tiles or painted walls; slight unevenness is bridged and is hardly or not at all visible.
This is how simple the processing works in four steps:
1. Printing: You print the print material
Blockout 360 LUVESS SM W with latex, eco-solvent or solvent inks.
2. Laminating: You laminate the Protect 250 glass clear laminate onto the front of the print material using a laminating machine.
3. Laminating: In addition, laminate the double-sided self-adhesive foam adhesive Power Foam Tape to the back of the print material.
4. Confection: Finally, you assemble the composite to the final format – that’s it!
